Size Exchange: To exchange for a different size, email us your order number and the preferred size. The exchange will be processed upon receiving the returned item and completing quality checks.
Store Credit: If you wish to choose another product, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of your order (excluding COD or shipping charges) as a coupon code. This credit is valid for three months from the date of your purchase.
Exchange Eligibility: Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all labels and tags intact in their original packaging are eligible for exchange. Products that have been washed or worn will not be accepted.
Exchange Limit: Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
Quality Check: In the rare event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered, notify us at info@amberjaipur.com within 48 hours. We will provide a replacement or a 100% refund if the ordered product is unavailable.
