At Amber Jaipur, we are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Exchange Policy: We do not offer refunds, but we are pleased to facilitate exchanges for a different size or product if the purchased item doesn't fit or if you are unsatisfied with your order (subject to the terms and conditions below).
2. Exchange Request: Notify us of your exchange request within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order. Please send an email to info@amberjaipur.com with your name, address, contact information, order number, email ID, and the desired size. Include this information on the parcel as well.
3. Size Exchange: To exchange for a different size, email us your order number and the preferred size. The exchange will be processed upon receiving the returned item and completing quality checks.
4. Store Credit: If you wish to choose another product, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of your order (excluding COD or shipping charges) as a coupon code. This credit is valid for three months from the date of your purchase.
5. Exchange Eligibility: Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all labels and tags intact in their original packaging are eligible for exchange. Products that have been washed or worn will not be accepted.
6. Exchange Limit: Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
7. Quality Check: In the rare event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered, notify us at info@amberjaipur.com within 48 hours. We will provide a replacement or a 100% refund if the ordered product is unavailable.
8. Color Variation: We do not accept exchange requests based on a 10-20% color change due to screen brightness and settings.
9. Exchange Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours (3 days) from the date of delivery. No exchange requests will be accepted after this timeframe.
10. Customization: Customers who have customized their orders are not eligible for returns.
